Everyone has a story

Have you ever sat across from someone at a party or in a waiting room and wondered why they were there? What's their story? What events led up to this very moment in time? David Hulegaard takes that curiosity and writes about the encounters of perfect strangers. Boyd who has lost a loved one and is looking for some kind of sign. Nikki, who is running from an abuser. Matt,is excited about seeing Chicago and all it's history. Along with others. Everyone has a story. What's yours?

You Won't Be Disappointed

There isn't a bum note in this collection. I loved it, loved it, loved it! It read a bit like Alfred Hitchcock Presents, which was both surprising and delightful. Every story entertains. David's growing as a writer, and STRANGERS is evidence of that. I'd easily place his ability to write a short story alongside that of established, traditionally published authors.
STRANGERS is worth every penny of the asking price.

good character development

Enjoyed this read. I spent a lovely Sunday afternoon getting to know the characters. A friend recommended it to me and she wasn't wrong.
